Buy a scanner, scan everything, burn the files to disk, and use eDocuments to browse them. eDocuments is designed to allow you to browse your documents with ease, focusing on the important information - like the date of the document. When you browse through your documents, all of the attributes will remain intact - scroll bars, maginification, etc. Scanning: I would recommend a scan quality of 150 dots per inch: first for the speed of the scan, and second for the quality of the image. Encryption: When creating backups of your documents, you might want to use an encryption program like Crypt.
