This can be useful if you want to send a large file as an Email-attachment or post it into a web forum were only a maximum size per file is permitted. XSplitter will allow the user to split a file into smaller parts which you can post or send. The recipient of those files then has to use XSplitter (or similar software on other platforms) to merge these files together again.NOTE: Please be aware that XSplitter is currently in Beta state. This means that most or all major bugs are removed, and the application is generally stable, but there still may be some bugs left.
