XNetwork Description

A script that lets you change the settings of your wireless card The aim of XNetwork is to provide an easy way to have access to the info given by your Airport card, such as the list of visible wireless networks, but also information about them (the kind of encryption, the type of the network, the strength of the signal,). XNetwork is an osax for Mac OS X that allows scripters to script their wireless configuration, they are offered several commands :· switching the Airport card on/off detecting wireless networks· wireless networks with an access point· ad-hoc networks (computer to computer network) connecting to a wireless network· wireless networks with an access point· ad-hoc networks (computer to computer network)· XNetwork also supports WEPRequirements:· Airport card What's New in This Release: · WEP keys bugs have been solved · added the support for ASCII wep keys, hexadecimal WEP keys when connecting to third part access points · Universal binary, can be used on both PPC and Intel natively.
