Script which will allow you to quickly and easily address a letter to the currently selected person in Address Book Once installed, if you click over the label next to the address of a person in your Apple Address Book, and select 'Word Letter', it will open a Word Template (ie your letterhead paper) and automatically date and enter the person's name and address.Because letters to be sent overseas addresses may require a different letterhead, the WordLetter script should be configured with your country name and code. Letters sent to other countries will use the 'OS' template.Before starting to use this script you will have to:1) Save two '.doc' letterhead files into Microsoft Word's Templates directory. Check that these open as 'untitled' documents when accessed via the File > Project Gallery command.2) Using script editor, edit your country code and name at the top of the script, and down at the end, enter the path to your selected Word templates folder.Installation: Copy the script to your /Library/Address Book Plug-Ins folder. Enable the Apple ScriptMenu system and you can run it from the menu bar whenever needed. Requirements: · Microsoft Office
