Welcome! Description
An auto and manual 'Welcome to the room' script for the Colloquy IRC client Welcome! is a free Colloquy IRC client plug-in that adds a new context menu item to room members that allows you to send a manual welcome message like "Hello, ! Welcome to the colloquy chat room." There is a context menu item added to chat rooms also. This will toggle wether the script will auto welcome users when they join that room. This is a per room setting. The setting is remembered across Colloquy launches. The script won't auto-welcome the same person again unless you reset the welcome list. Usage:· /welcome - Toggle the script to either on, off or auto.· /welcome names - Shows you the names of everyone you welcomed in the active room.· /welcome reset - Resets the name list for that room. Also turns off the auto-welcome.Installation:1. Unzip the file.2. Move the file to: ~/Library/Application Support/Colloquy/PlugIns/3. If that folder doesn't exist, create it.4. If this is your first install of the plugin, go to Colloquy and type /reload plugins5. If this is an update of an existing plugin, or if the script fails to load, re-launch Colloquy.
