Any seasoned mastering or recording engineer will know that when using a digital EQ, such as the Precision EQ, the frequency reponse appraches 0dB as the signal frequency approaches the Nyquist frequency. The Vintage EQ does the opposite.A very important element of the Vintage EQ powerful EQ is that unlike its competitors, the Vintage EQ will not use oversampling, since that would require pre-filtering (to avoid aliasing) and downsampling which in turn would ruin the sound.
