Alt + < and Alt + > will output the “quotation marks.” The characters on top are entered by also pressing Shift, e. g. Alt + Shift + C will output ¢.Installation:1. Copy both files found in archive to /Library/Keyboard Layouts.2. Go to System Preferences, open International, then Input Menu.3. Enable the layout English — Ilya Birman Typography.It is likely that the Mac won’t let you disable the system US layout, however it will not cause any problems. The layout starts working in each app after it’s restarted.
