Free and open source application for viewing and analyzing phylogenetic trees TreeViewJ is a cross-platform tool that will help you view and analyze phylogenetic trees. TreeViewJ provides the user with the capability to rename, color, and adjust the width of nodes and branches to produce publication-quality images. If dates are available for taxa, the software can map them onto a timeline, and sort the tree in ascending or descending date order. Requirements: · Java What's New in This Release: · Added TreeViewJApplet class. · Fix minor bugs, still many more to swash. · Updated batik to 1.6-1 this might fix some SVG generation bugs. Waiting for 1.7 to be made available on a maven repository.
