TreeView X Description

TreeView X - An open source program to display phylogenetic trees TreeView X is an open source program to display phylogenetic trees on Mac OS X, Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms. TreeView X can read and display NEXUS and Newick format tree files (such as those output by PAUP*, ClustalX, TREE-PUZZLE, and other programs). TreeView X has a subset of the functionality of the version of TreeView available for the Mac Classic and Windows (it is roughly equivalent to version 0.95 of TreeView).Requirements:· wxWidgets C++ class library 2.4 or later. What's New in This Release: · Mac OS X version now uses wxWidgets instead of my own GUI code. · Support for picture files (SVG and EMF). · Some code tidying up.
