The first time it's run it will create a "Daily Startup Items" folder in your System Folder. Whatever you put in that folder will be launched no more than once a day.Throw the "Daily Shutdown" application in your "Shutdown Items" folder. The first time it's run it will create a "Daily Shutdown Items" folder in your System Folder.
