Rich graphical interface for evolutionary analyzes of multiple alignments on HPC clusters and multi-core desktops TOPALi is a free and open source Java application, built to launch a range of statistical and evolutionary analyzes of multiple sequence alignments as web services. TOPALi provides phylogenetic model selection, Bayesian analysis (BA) and Maximum Likelihood (ML) phylogenetic tree estimation, detection of sites under positive selection, and recombination breakpoint location analysis. Requirements: · Java 1.5 or later What's New in This Release: · NEW: Changed the upper limit for number of generations on MrBayes jobs to be 20,000,000 (up from 1,000,000).
