High-perfor?mance pattern matching algo?rithms in Java The Java language lacks fast string searching algorithms. StringSearch provides implementations of the Boyer-Moore and the Shift-Or (bit-parallel) algorithms. The algorithms provided by StringSearch are easily five to ten times faster than the na?ve implementation found in java.lang.String. Requirements: · Java What's New in This Release: · Bugfix release. Bugs were found in the conversion from bytes to ints as well as in Shift-Or Mismatches. This release fixes these bugs.
