Free, open source and very simple Cocoa application to set the file type on a series of files SetFileType is a free, open source and very simple Cocoa application to set the file type (or os type/resource type if you prefer) on a series of files.You choose the four-letter type you want to assign and the files. You press the "Assign" button and you're done. If you want to clear the type, just hit the "Clear" button. You will need SetFileType in just a few cases, but if you are here you already probably know why you need it.NOTE: The program is in Beta-state, use at your own risk (backup your music before running it).
