Segminator II Description
In order to create a project you have to choose a name for it, as well as include a FASTA template, in order for the project to be valid. After these steps are performed. You can add a FASTQ dataset. After the dataset is added, Segminator II will automatically generate an assembly by aligning and mapping them. All additional datasets that you add will be aligned and mapped based on the template, allowing you to easily compare the output.
