Scratchy Description

Scratchy is a free and cross-platform application that will allow you to produce noise. Noise can be manipulated using a tempo-synced Gating effect, a Cutoff control for pitch adjustment and other effects. A MIDI Controller is recommended for controlling Scratchy, though you can use your keyboard or mouse as well. Scratchy is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X and Windows. Binaries for the Windows platform are available on the project's homepage. Scratchy is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.
