SandR - Recursive Search and Replacement utiliy SandR is a recursive Search and Replacement utiliy. It works on a file or a directory (recursively). SandR is written in Java and comes with support for auto-detection of character encoding of the files and Java-style Regular Expression in Search terms.SandR uses the Java port of Mozilla's Character detection algorithm for detecting the character encoding of the files.
