SRG Description

Free and open source squid report generator SRG is designed for the needs of CRCnet. None of the existing report generators could provide the exact solution that was required and it had to start from scratch rather than trying to modify an existing progamme. SRG is created such way to be easy and fast to integrate into other authentication systems (such as those that are driving Squid itself). Here are some key features of "SRG": · PHP Output with built in authentication hooks · Fast Processing · Reporting right down the the location visited What's New in This Release: · Updated example configuration file to remove obsolete options and correct errors. · Added checks for binary presence before commencing work in the example cronjobs. · Added a feature to allow users to filter specific destination sites from the generated reports by hostname or IP address. Use the sitedestinationfilter_file configuration option in conjunction with the example filter file in examples/filtered_sites.
