Free and open source library that will help you decode popular audio formats SDL sound is a library that handles the decoding of several popular sound file formats, such as .WAV and .MP3. SDL sound can decode a whole sound file and hand back a single pointer to the whole waveform. SDL sound can also handle audio format, channel conversion and sample rate, on-the-fly and behind-the-scenes, if the programmer desires.NOTE: SDL Sound is licensed and distributed under the terms of the GNU LGPL license. What's New in This Release: · Upped version to 1.0.3 (brown paper bag release for soname bug). · Apparently MICRO_VERSION in configure.in doesn't do what I think; reset for binary compatibility (thanks, Hans!). · Include in shn.c.
