ResFork is based on Carbon APIs and therefore needs CarbonLib. Nowadays a version regarding Mac OS is available but this one isn not yet supported and only a spin-off product of the Mac OS X development.Here are some key features of "ResFork":· Native editor with hex- and ASCII-view.· ResFork is Freeware.· Reacts user-friendly.· Supports multitasking and multithreading.· Aqua GUI· Editors for "TEXT", "PICT", "hfdr" (experimental) and file info· Plug-ins support· Version checking· German and English Languages are supported.· Sourcecode available for free (under LGPL).· At present no full support for "TMPL" resources is available (planned for version 1.1)!· It will never be huge and slow.
