ReMIDI Description

ReMIDI alows you to change your own keyboard notes into chords. ReMIDI is a tool that enhances a keyboard performance by automatically changing notes into chords and chords into arpeggios or strums. These features are divided into two "assistants". The Chord Assistant includes 27 different chords that can be triggered with either one finger chords or easy chords. Easy chords is similar to a common home keyboard feature that allows a couple of keys to indicate that a minor chord, for example, should be played. ReMIDI expands on this idea by allowing any of the 27 chords to be mapped to the Easy Chord keys. Advanced keyboard players can play chords directly in order to take advantage of the Performance Assistants. There are two Performance Assistants: the Arpeggiator and the Strummer. The Arpeggiator plays the chords in a variety of ways and supports a variety of tempos, intervals and durations. The Strummer addresses a major keyboard performance problem - getting a realistic strum effect. In the past there have been two solutions - use a Guitar-to-MIDI interface or manually edit the chord in a sequencer to spread out the notes. ReMIDI lets you strum to your hearts content and to dynamically control the strum speed using a MIDI controller such as a Modulation Wheel. Guitar patches now sound totally realistic!ReMIDI is designed to assist electronic musicians with chords. It enables you to produce many different chord combinations and also perform those chords in different ways.Limitations:· Trial time of 20 minutes per launch What's New in This Release: · Fixed Panther MIDI endpoint bug. · Fixed serial number validation bug. · Fixed Jaguar serial number data entry bug.
