Now, editing your theme graphics is a simple and funny game. This is not an ordinary software: it's a tool for creative minds, inside RapidWeaver. A new theme generation is here: the limit is just your fantasy.RWmultitool works as a RapidWeaver plug-in, inside the main application. When you edit a theme in RWmultitool, RapidWeaver (3.6/4.x) will automatically refresh it.RWmultitool Lite allows you to place any picture inside your theme, with no expertise required. Just drag your picture in RWmultitool and you're doneHere are some key features of "RWmultitool Lite":· Intuitive and simple interfaceVertical form factor to adapt to small size monitors and logically grouped functions. · RW4 subfolders support.With the new RW4 is possible to sort themes in separate folders. RWmt now supports this feature and display the full path at the left of the theme name, to easily locate the kind/folder of the theme. · Image ReflectionThe new "reflection" feature let you mirror any image with an user defined transparent gradient to tune the length of the reflection. The reflection itself is added in a new layer and can be handled like any other layer, including any fx available for standard layers. · Support for PNG with TransparencyFrom now PNGs with transparent backgrounds can be used straight as the main theme's image. Please note: full transparent PNGs are a bit huge, we strongly suggest to use small images (or optimize these ones thru dedicated tool like the Save For Web feature in Photoshop). Compatibility issue: IE6 for Windows do not support transparent PNG, but MultiThemes (and other developers) are predisposed to use these ones also in IE6. · Auto UpdateBy using SPARKLE you can update Rwmt automatically (both RWmt full and Lite versions). · LIVE IsightRWmultitool support the webcam isight use directly inside the level project. By using "live" option you will get a new live level that you will be able to move and rotate like any other image. If you than select again the "live" key ,than rwmultitool will add the chosen image to your project. Now you can change your image again and you can even change the contrast and the colours (shades and frame as well). · Project savingThe layer's project saving is peculiar. The project is bound to the active theme in Rwmt when you save it. Then, when you open again "my project.Rwmt" (already saved to disk) , Rwmt will automatically load reference theme and its own image. · PreviewYou are able to preview the images that you wish to modify. The preview allows the research for the themes; RWmultitool shows the icon image of the theme and, If possible, the Image pixel resolution. Faster research is possible using the arrow (up/down) keys. · Compatible with most RapidWeaver themesRWmultitool will display a list of all images included in a theme and let you choose one for editing. No other software required. · Drag and DropDrag and drop your image onto RWmultitool window, even more than one. · Supported image formatsRWmultitool works with several common image formats. · One click image selectionImages are placed on layers. Each layer can be individually selected and moved. · Move, Rotate and Scale imagesYou can move, resize and rotate inserted images (Hot Keys available for each option). You can also use the "non uniform scale" or the "Fit scale" option. You can also duplicate active layer. · Basic Colours EditingYou can edit hue, saturation, contrast · Integration with RapidWeaver 3.6/4.x and the COLOURS optionsA new cool feature available gives you the possibility of creating an image level of a flat colour in the same way as RW3.6/4.x allows you to do with "COLOURS options". You are now given plenty of freedom to edit the colours of the themes both for the images and for the CSS colours. Creating a coloured background with images with the same background colour can be quite easy with RWmultitool . You can initially edit the colours and then the images or the opposite way and the colours panel just stays the same!· FrameIf your image is squared or rectangular, you can even add a colour frame. Perfect for your picture! · Automatic Backup of original imagesAn automatic backup of original images will be performed when you save your edits. If you restore your image after editing, the backup image will be deleted. · Save images in the FinderImages edited in a theme can even be saved to disk. You may eventually import them again for further editing. Requirements: · PowerPC G4 processor or better, Intel Mac and at least 512MB of RAM. · Equipped with GeForce4, Radeon 9200 or better (64MB VRAM and full support of the new Core Image recommended). What's New in This Release: · RWmultitool now has an independent update system and is updated each time you launch the app or by manually choosing "Check for update". · Note: Since version 2.0.2 the update must be done manually. · Little code optimization.
