RNAMovies Description

A system for the visualization of RNA secondary structure landscapes RNAMovies's input is a script consisting of structures from which animated graphical structure representations are generated. In this way, it creates the impression of an RNA-molecule moving through its own 2D structure space.The RNAMovies program will create an interpolated animation of the data using the well-known NAVIEW-routines. The highlighting of pseudo-knotted regions is also supported.Single or multiple image export is supported. Additionally to its own formats RNAMovies supports DSCE and RNAStructML as input formatRNAMovies has been integrated into the following bioinformatics tools:· RNAshapes RNA analysis tool· pknotsRG RNA folding and thermodynamic matching· KineFold folding kinetics of RNA sequences including pseudoknots· paRNAss Prediction of Alternating RNA Secondary Structures(not longer supported) Requirements: · Java
