RIBAR and xRIBAR calculation Description

RIBAR and xRIBAR calculation is a free and open-source application that allows users to calculate RIBAR and xRIBAR protein ratios from Mascot .dat files or from ms-lims. Basic steps:· Add .dat files to the first and second data set.· Set the Mascot alpha value (significance). The default is 0.05.· Set the output csv file.· Click Run (This will only be possible if everything is set correctly!) Detailed instructions on how to install and use the RIBAR and xRIBAR calculation utility on your Mac are available HERE.RIBAR and xRIBAR calculation is a cross-platform utility capable of running on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
