Creates a Blu-ray subtitle files from Advanced SubStationAlpha subtitles Punk Graphic Stream was not written with reference to any blu-ray specifications apart from the well-known HDTV standard for colourspace conversions (RGB -> Y'Cr'Cb'). Output has be tested a Playstation 3 and Cyberlink PowerDVD 7.3 when muxed with TsMuxer 1.8.4(b).
