Photoshop like image editor Pixel image editor has been developed by Pavel Kanzelsberger since 1997 and is still in heavy development. In 2005, the first release candidates appeared and once all the bugs are fixed, a final release may be ready by September 2005. Pixel has a multi-platform design and looks the same on every supported platform.Also, all files produced with Pixel are cross-platform and can be copied from one platform to another.
