PastieService Description

Open source Snow Leopard service for pasting any text selection to pastie.org quickly PastieService is a free and open source service which will provide you with a quick way to paste any selected text in Mac OS X to pastie.org. Once pasted the pastie's URL will be automatically placed in your Mac's clipboard.Installation and usageDouble click the included Xcode project and choose Build from the Build menu in Xcode. This will build the PastieService app in the "/build/Debug" folder inside the source directory.Once built, place PastieService.app either in /Applications or ~/Library/Services and then run:sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/pbsThis will update the cache of service providers. Finally open up System Preferences go into Keyboard and choose the Keyboard Shortcuts tab. On the left side are the categories, choose Services. On the right is a list of all the services you can activate. Find "Make New Pastie" in it (it's probably at the end in the Development section) and activate it. You can assign it a keyboard shortcut by right clicking on right side of the list. Requirements: · Apple Xcode
