A Java program that aims to help researches easily manage molecular interaction data from different sources PSICQUIC stands for the Protemics Standard Initiative Common QUery InterfaCe and it is an effort from the HUPO Proteomics Standard Initiative (HUPO-PSI) to standardize the access to molecular interaction databases.Basically, PSICQUIC specifies: · A standard web service with a well-defined list of methods, accessible using SOAP or REST. · A common query language (MIQL) Several interaction databases are already implementing PSICQUIC: IntAct, MINT, MPIDB, MatrixDB, BioGrid, iRefIndex and ChEMBL.
