NLISP Description

Numerical common LISP extension with array syntax NLISP is an extension to Common Lisp that provides an interactive numerical computation environment, similar to packages like Matlab and IDL. NLISP has a numerical library, scientific plotting and array syntax. What's New in This Release: · Added .signum, .ceiling, .last and median functions. · Corrected bug in nplot when plotting vectors of different lengths. · Updated formatting so it's easier to edit · Now labels the window with the same title as the plot, or the default as before. · Added rurban's patch for cygwin dll libraries to be loaded, hopefully should improve CLISP support. · Replaced fixnum with integer since fixnum is not a type that is shared with CLOS classes which is a problem porting to other Common Lisps than SBCL/CMUCL. · Made octave saving able to handle vectors as well as matrices. · Removed newlines when printing narray objects. Made the type evaluation of r-class-from-list not depend on the arrays having at least one element. Updated .diff to remove the artifact of always returning vectors as arrays. · Handles make-narray calls with parameters entirely of ratios. Made print-object more · Corrected image-pm3d to new plot-command. · Faster image plotting, tidy up example 2 and some bug fixes in nlisp-gnuplot. · Corrected dumb defgeneric/defmethod mixup.
