A Thunderbird add-on that lets you send mass mail to your business contacts The Mail Merge for Thunderbird add-on allows you to optimize your work and to send e-mails in an elegant way to multiple recipients. There are two common problems: First you don't want each recipient to see the others! One workaround would be to write a mail (To) to yourself and a Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc) to each recipient. Second you are often not allowed to write to more than 25 or 100 recipients at one time! The only workaround would be to write more than one mail. This might be practically impossible, if you have a larger numer of recipients.Mass Mail:With "Mass Mail" you can create one mail for each recipient from a draft! Just add all your recipients to "To", "Cc" or "Bcc", add Subject, Body and Attachments and click "Mass Mail"! For each recipient a new mail is created automatically and stored in Local Folders -> Unsent!Personal Mail:With "Personal Mail" you can create one mail for each record in a CSV from a draft! You can use variables, e.g. {{columnname}}! First add the variable for the columnname of the mail address to "To", then add Subject, Body and Attachments and click "Personal Mail"! You will be asked for the CSV. For each record a new mail is created automatically and stored in Local Folders -> Unsent!
