MagicDriver Description

Supports unique and various gestures that Apple’s Magic Mouse Driver does not support. MagicDriver gives you the possibility to greatly customize your Magic Mouse. Here are some key features of "MagicDriver": 20 gestures give you more control: · Clicking one or two fingers, moving one or two fingers, etc... MagicDriver supports 20(*) gestures (in contrast, Apple’s driver only supports 9 gestures). These unique and various gestures make your Magic Mouse more useful. · The release version will support 30 gestures. · Click Window - Clik : Pressing the button (8 gestures). MagicDriver recognizes three finger click, back click, etc... on top of Apple’s driver click. You can use Magic Mouse like a 8 button mouse by just changing fingers or their location. · Swipe Window - Swipe : Moving one or more fingers in the same direction at once (12 gestures). MagicDriver recognizes up to three fingers. You can assign various functions to this action. (Apple’s driver only supports scrolling and navigation for this action). Two finger swipe up/down are assigned to high acceleration scrolling in the default setting. You can jump through documents and Web pages easily with this action. · Tap Window - (Under development) Tap : Tapping the mouse slightly (8 gestures). You can choose up to 8 different taps by changing fingers or their location. This is a unique action that Apple’s driver does not support. · Zoom Window - (Under development) Zoom : Pinching or stretching fingers (2 gestures). You can enlarge or shrink the size of images or fonts by using this action. This is a unique action that Apple’s driver does not support. · (You will need to assign shortcut keys for zoom in/out to use this action) Full of useful functions: · MagicDriver has 7 functions for gestures. They are unique and convenient. You can greatly customize your Magic Mouse. · Keyboard Shortcut - Enter shortcut keys. You could for example assign them to Backward and Forward in a Web browser. · Scroll - It is possible to set the scrolling speed for each gesture individually. This differs from Apple’s driver. · Click - You can assign double-click, modifier click, etc. MagicDriver also supports the middle click (Button 3). You can use it in browsers and CAD software that supports the middle click for special functions. · Open - Open a file or application. It brings all windows of the application to the front. · Application Switcher - Display the process screen for switching applications. · Cursor Movement - Moves the cursor to a specific location, such as the default button, the close button, etc. · Expose Dashboard - Open Expose or Dashboard. Adjusting the cursor’s Tracking Speed and Sensitivity: · Apple’s driver only allows adjustment for the Tracking Speed. · MagicDriver lets you control the Sensitivity on top of that. · Adjusting both configurations makes it easier to find the ideal setting to fit the movements of your hand. Supports 2 types of scrolling: · MagicDriver supports 'Fixed Scroll' in addition to Apple driver’s ‘Acceleration Scroll’. The amount of scrolling varies depending on the finger movement in Apple’s driver, and a constant amount in the Fixed Scroll. You can scroll stress-free in all applications that only scroll by one line, for example Excel. · MagicDriver does not support momentum scrolling. We will support it if it is technically possible. Moving the cursor automatically: · When a window or dialog box is activated, MagicDriver automatically moves the cursor to a specified location on the screen: the default button, the cancel button, the close button, etc... And thanks to the cursor’s animated movement you never lose sight of its position. · Your Magic Mouse is customizable for each application. · You can configure your Magic Mouse with different groups of settings for different applications. This lets you make the best use of all gestures in all applications. Requirements: · Apple Magic Mouse Limitations: · Trial version automatically expires Mar 2010.
