It is highly customizable, letting you choose every aspect from how to format phone numbers to even what items are in its menu. You can dial from the built-in menus, from the amazing Dial Pad, from Apple's Address Book via an included plugin, and from any applescript-aware applications (examples for Palm Desktop and FileMaker Pro are available). Using MacDialer, you can dial through your Mac's internal modem, included speakers, or Vonage.
