Lostify Description

Mac MP4 metadata editor for iTunes, iPod, iPhone, Front Row and Apple TV Lostify is an MP4 metadata tagger which supports some iTunes-specific tags. Lostify is based on the open-source command line utility AtomicParsley, but wraps it in an easy-to-use graphical interface. The primary purpose of Lostify is to allow users to tag their MP4 and M4V videos in the same ways as the ones purchased through the iTunes music store. Most of these "private" metadata fields are exposed, which cannot be set through the iTunes interface. Using Lostify, you can tag your TV Shows as "TV Show", and set the show, series and episode information, so that iTunes will display your own tagged videos alongside those purchased through iTunes. Here are some key features of "Lostify": · Name (Episode Title) · Album · Artist · Album Artist · Track and Track Count · Disc and Disc Count · Genre · Comments · Episode Number · Episode ID · Show (Series) · Season (number) · Release Date (either a year or a full date) · File Kind (Movie, TV Show, etc.) · Description · Network · Copyright · Encoding Tool · Rating (from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, UK & US) · Rating Annotation (the rationale behind the rating) · Content Advisory (I'm not sure if Lostify support for this is complete or not.) · Cast and Crew Listing Requirements: · A Mac, either PowerPC or Intel What's New in This Release: · Fixed broken iTunes integration inadvertently damaged in 0.7.3.
