After installing LifeAssets and entering your basic financial information, called financial objects you can begin experimenting. The Financial Forecast and Summary tools will demonstrate how your financial liquidity and net worth will be affected when you buy or sell assets, when your pension or government retirement payments change, or when inflation impacts your finances.You can even customize LifeAssets to help advise you when to sell certain assets to maintain a desired level of financial liquidity. LifeAssets includes unique features such as the ‘When Can I Afford’ tool that helps determine when you can make certain purchases, such as a new home or new car— based on the amount of the purchase and how you want to pay for it. An ‘Income & Expense’ analysis tool letsyou take a snapshot of your income and expenses over a definable period of time. Here are some key features of "LifeAssets": · Support of the most common types of assets and liabilities / credits in different currencies. The supported types of assets and liabilities are constantly expanded and updated. · You can enter an unlimited number of bank accounts, each with a different set of parameters such as interest rates, cashflow rules etc.. · Define when to sell assets or transfer cash based on certain events in your financials (low liquidity for example) or buy assets when enough cash is available.
