It is a companion plugin of iLocalize, our localization software for Mac OS X.Copy the plugin into one of these folders (create the folder if it does not exist already):(1) ~/Library/Contextual Menu Items/(2) /Library/Contextual Menu Items/Quit the Finder or logout and login again to activate this plugin in the Finder. Right-click on any application and you will see an item starting with "Launch...".
