KegHier Description

Java application for browsing hierarchical text files KegHier is a free and easy to use, stand-alone Java application for browsing and searching functional hierarchies in KEGG BRITE.KegHier handles specially formatted text files, called hierarchical text files. The default files are shown in the file list on the left, and additional files may be obtained from the KEGG web server (or the iKeg server if it is installed). You may also prepare your own hierarchical text file for use in KegHier.Basic operations? Choose a file from the file list to show the hierarchy. ? Click on a triangle in the text area to expand/collapse lower branches. ? Use triangles at the top line to adjust the expansion at a given level. ? Click on a small + (plus) button before the file name, which appears in the “KEGG” menu file and others, to download a file from theserver. ?
