JSoar Debugger Description

JSoar Debugger is a free and open-source Java implementation of Soar, a general cognitive architecture for developing systems that exhibit intelligent behavior.JSoar Debugger includes several "views", each of which is a separate dockable windows within the overall debugger window. Each view provides a different set of information about the agent being debugged. Also, most views are shown by default. Other, less commonly used views can be opened through the View menu.Many views are driven by selection. That is, selection an item in one view will cause another view to update its contents. For example, selecting a WME in the trace view, will cause the WME support view to show support information about that WME. Note that to use JSoar Debugger effectively, you'll still need to be able to program Soar. The Soar home page provides useful resources for learning Soar.JSoar Debugger is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.Detailed instructions on how to install and use the JSoar Debugger utility on your Mac are available HERE.
