JDSA Description
A free software to search DNA sequences JDSA is a free and easy to use Java program that will allows you to search DNA sequences. JDSA searches sequences for multiple nucleotides at a given position (positional degeneracy), limited overall sequence accuracy (group degeneracy) or variable spacing between multiple DNA sequences (spacing degeneracy). JDSA was designed to search the S. pombe genome or the D. melanogaster genome, but custom searches can be performed provided the input is in the correct format. Requirements: · Java 1.4.2 or later
