Free background system and JavaCard for CEPS electronic purses JCEPS is an open source JavaCard and Background System for an electronic purse according to the CEPS (Common Electronic Purse Specification).Currently the transactions Linked Load, Unlinked Load and Purchase are implemented. Furthermore there is a Java framework that simulates the background system and provides interfaces to trace and modify all communication.NOTE: JCEPS is licensed, distributed and developed under the GNU Library or Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
