Free and easy to use training planner for Mac users IronMac is a (Macintosh only) training diary for athletes that will allow athtletes and any usual Joe to easily keep track of his/her training data. Here are some key features of "IronMac": · Ability to record routine personal data · Plan your weeks training · Keep track of several sports at once · Calculate sport specific heart rate zones for exercise · Calculate caloric expenditure of exercise · Provide a graphical summary of completed training · Track equipment usage · Track injuries and correlate them against the training you have been doing · Store descriptions for exercises · The released version cannot currently download data from heart rate monitors, however the program has the capacity to do so · Output daily data and heart rate files to a spreadsheet readable text file Requirements: · 4 Mb of disk space
