A Firefox add-on that lets you easily perform text searches through the content of the previously visited web pages The working principle of the History Search add-on ca be described, in short, as following: first, the extension indexes every non private URL to a local database; when the page is loaded, the content, the date, the title and the URL of the visited page are saved in the database.Next you can go to Tools -> History search; that will open a local HTML with a textbox that allows you to do full text searches on the database.In that textbox you can enter "google music -pop, yahoo music -pop", that search will find all the visited pages that contains google and music or yahoo and music, and will hide these containing "pop" on the content.Also you can see a cached copy of the page in HTML or TXTSecure URLs ( https schema ) are not indexed and when entering on private browsing the add-on disables it-self for privacy reasons.Note: History Search cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
