Pure Ruby replacement for the Apache support programs htdigest and htpasswd Command line and API access are provided for access and control of htdigest and htpasswd files.By using the HTAuth API, you can create new htpasswd and htdigest files, add and update accounts, remove accounts and do authentication against accounts.
