In fora references to KB-articles aren't always provided with a URL, leaving it to be just a piece of text on your screen. With this extension you can select the article number and open it with a right-click.Knowledge bases sometimes use their own prefix to name their articles. URLs, prefixes and menu descriptions can be customized with this extension. It thus recognizes the knowledge base you need. If a vendors knowledge base doesn't use prefixes this can be customized too.
