An helpful application designed to help with onset monitoring and previewing FlipFlop is a small, free Mac OS X application designed to assist filmmakers with onset monitoring / previewing using a laptop and a firewire connected camera.Initially FlipFlop was aimed at a live video rotate to correct the inherent upside down, back-to-front image created by many 35mm adapters. From here FlipFlop grew to include a few other features which seem to be relevant to the workflow.Unfortunately FlipFlop has no record features, this is purely a live preview application.
