Double Tracker Description

A simplified pre-design version of the the final product that allows you to evaluate the quality and distinctiveness of its audio processing The following points and limitations of this Double Tracker version should be tacken into consideration:· The doubler is a VST3 plug-in and it will work with the latest version of Cubase 4 (v 4.5.2) or Cubase 5 (v 5.0.0).· The doubler will work with mono or stereo tracks in Cubase.To install it, follow the steps described below: · Download the disk image doubler.dmg into a temporary folder. Download doubler.dmg· Attach the disk image by double clicking doubler.dmg.· Copy the file DoubleTrack.vst3 to “/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/” . If the folder “VST3” does not exist then create a new folder and rename it to “VST3”.· Copy the folder SynchroArts to “/Library/Audio/Presets/”. Again you may need to create the folder “Presets” if it does not exist.· When you relaunch Cubase the doubler will appear on the Effect pop-up menus under the subcategory 'Other' as 'Double Tracker '. Requirements: · Cubase 4 or later Limitations: · This version of the doubler is limited to sampling rates of 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz. It may work at higher rates, though we have not tried them. · It is limited to sections of audio of about 30 seconds in length. · The graphical layout of the plug-in is simple. What's New in This Release: · The plug-in now works with 'Audio Mixdown'. For it to work you must first 'capture' the section of audio that you want to mix down. You must also use the same sampling frequency for the 'Mixdown' as the audio that you have 'captured'.
