Java app for exploring cubic fractals Cubic Browser is a Java app for exploring cubic fractals, similar to the Mandelbrot set but exhibiting a higher level of dynamical complexity. CubicBrowser provides the ability to explore the 4D Cubic Locus (and associated Julia sets) by viewing arbitrary 2D slices. What's New in This Release: · This the initial SF release. The program is stable and functional, if minimal. This includes fixed-size image generation, dynamic iteration, and zooming support. The images are two-dimensional slices of the four-dimensional cubic locus, generated by fixing one complex variable and varying the other over the complex plane. The program will also generate julia sets associated with fixed values of both complex variables. The Jar file contains both executable and source code. Download and double-click to run it, or un-zip it to view the source.
