A little tool that helps you modify the comment field in a file or a folder. CommentEd is a utility for changing the comment field of a file or a bunch of files, included in a folder. It is freeware and comes with no warrantees. It has been well tested and has shown no major problems.You can use CommentEd as a Droplet or as an Applet. Further instructions should be unneeded. The entered text will be stored within the preferences file of the script. So it should be available at the next session you use CommentEd.The program was written in AppleScript using the AppleScript Studio for Mac OS X.The comments that have been already used in the script will be saved for a later use within the preferences of the program, until something is changed, and the content will be implicitly overwritten.
