Download the "Clear Dock Data Alias" application2. Drag and drop any "com.apple.dock.plist" file to the applicationHow it works:Each dock item has "data alias" information that seems to be specific to the hardware of a machine. So when you create an image, the plist has the wrong data information causing question marks. This droplet deletes all this information and the next time the dock is relaunched, there shouldn't be any more question marks.Apply the Clear Dock Data Alias app to your user template dock plist to fix it with all new users.
