Dashboard widget that will allow you to easily calculate when your napping child may wake up Babies and toddlers usually sleep in forty to forty-five minute sleep cycles. Child's Sleep Cycle Calculator is a free Dashboard widget for your Mac tyhatwill allow you to easily calculate when your napping child may wake up. To use, just enter the time your child's nap started and it will show you the times they will be entering their next sleep cycles. This tells you when you may need to be extra quiet so your child will go into the next cycle, or finish what you're working on because your child might wake up. The default sleep cycle is set to forty-five minutes (which is most common), but you may enter in custom sleep cycle lengths as well. If you have more than one sleeping baby you may use multiple widgets at once.
