Cepstral Voices - Text-to-speech (TTS) voices Cepstral Swift is a Text-to-Speech engine for Mac OS X. The software integrates fully with the Apple Speech Manager allowing messages and text to be vocalized.Cepstral offers 18 voices in 6 languages. The voices provide a unique interface enhancement for education, entertainment, assistive, telephony, and personal applications. The voices are free to try and $30 to purchase.All voices listed here have a native audio format of 16kHz, 16bit, PCM, mono, except for "Callie," which has a native audio format of 22kHz, 16bit, PCM, mono. The output can be reformatted at runtime to suit your needs. Cepstral voices work with Speech Manager, so any program that uses the Speech Manager can use Cepstral voices.Cepstral voices will show up in the Speech Control Panel in System Preferences. From there you can listen to each voice, and select which voice to use as your system default voice.Limitations:· A voice will interject reminder messages into the audio output until you purchase a valid license key for it
