A Firefox add-on that allows you to check a product on a Web page against the Consumer Product Safety Commission's database Here is how the Caveat Emptor add-on works: select the name of the product, right-click on it, select "Caveat Emptor and than "Check this product" and you will see that the add-on will automatically open a search results page on the CPSC's Web site.NOTE: The Caveat Emptor add-on is cross-platform and it works on Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
